They are most likely scraping your content from your RSS feed and never even see their site. It might deter some human plagiarists, but likely will not scare away these types of bad guys. If you want, you can email me the URLs involved and I'll have a look at them to determine the best way to get the content removed. There are many strategies that can be employed.
