Monetize Mobile Ready WordPress Blog Using AdMob

Since this blog is already mobile ready, how about generating income? In the Philippines, adSense for mobile content is currently not available. We still see google ads on handheld devices, I guess the publisher is not in the Philippines.

So, if google for mobile content publisher is impossible in the Philippines, a better alternative is using AdMob. With the fast rising growth of 3G and WiFi users in the Philippines, its impossible not to earn on our mobile traffic.

Why use AdMob? AdMob offers more standard ad formats such as Brand Ads and Performance Ads, as well as new and innovative options for monetization such as Facebook Mobile ads and AdMob for Search. A great way to monetize our mobile traffic.

Using admob, we don’t need to use a WP Mobile Edition plugin to mobile ready our wordpress blog. We simply add the AdMob codes to our PHP file.
