Do we really have to use a button to let others know that we do follow if they drop their card on our blog? I don’t think so… as long as we practice the principle on a regular basis, a fruitful result will always follow in the long run. Having a “You Drop, I Follow” button on your site is a wise thing to do, but you can also make your own button or titled your widget as “You Drop, I Follow” just like what I did on my site.
Always remember that we are avoiding the high bounce rate just like the “hotshots” are talking about. Don’t do unto others what you don’t want others do unto you.” Don’t just drop just because you want to return the favor. See the profile… Check the drop rank… Check the blog’s category… Then check on the blog before dropping your card. You might find an article that interests you wherein you might also want to comment. The basic idea here is not to follow only, but to develop a good relationship to the co-members of entrecard… to make a better blogosphere. You might also found a perfect site to advertise that will drive an appropriate traffic on your blog.
Who doesn’t need entrecard credits? Maybe the blogosphere’s hotshots. LOL! But most of the bloggers need the credits in able to place adverts to other blogs. Of course, but there are contests that you’ll miss if you don’t browse the site before dropping your card.

I love it if someone do follow my drop, but have found several times that my drop on a blog with You Drop, I Follow button actually NEVER follow my drop
But I keep drop mine on any blog with entrecard and always follow all the drops on my inbox.
That’s the disadvantage of having a “do follow” button, card droppers have this expectation that they will follow. Some bloggers didn’t know how to follow effectively is a reality. I’m glad that we’re on the same boat.
I’m just new on blogging and still learning from experts like you on some tips and still dont know how it works this drop and follow terms…anyway I’m looking forward to learn more from your future blogs.Thanks.

I think is an encouragement to other Entrrcard user to drop at your blog.It might not really help.I like using Entrecard is not because of dropping Entrecard at other blog but simply because it is a best place to know each other well from all over the world. It is hard to meet in one place,Entrecard gathers all in one place and within your niche .I learn a lot from my senior and other expect from Entrecard.
