Paypal Verified My EON Card

Finally, I have my UnionBank EON Visa activated and my Paypal account is verified already. Although, I’m hoping that I can use my own paypal to renew my host, I didn’t make it on time. Thanks to Marikenya for helping me on my host renewal using her Paypal.

The branch I choose near my place was not UnionBank anymore, it is IBank or International Bank, they’ve merged. The UnionBank site should informed us regarding that before hand so that we will not choose the branch or look for a bank which is not actually there. How about calling the Customer Service Hotline? It took me almost an hour to have my call answered, all I want to know is the exact location and contact number of the branch. I almost want to give up my EON debit card but I have no other choice.

I hope everything will be okay in the future. Although I’ve encountered unexpected things in the process, I’m glad I have my EON card now.

Before I had a trouble with my Eon. Paypal couln’t verify it. Union Bank’s customer service said that there have been problems between Eon and Paypal. I waited for 2 weeks to have my Eon Card finally verified.. Whew!

Hvenlei, The time I called customer service for paypal pin, their system is under maintenance and its impossible for them to get my pin. The best part is… the representative ask for my number and texted me my pin after few hours. I’m happy she did that because its too hard to contact the hotline.

I have a problem regarding my money as it is not yet appeard in my eon as I check it.I withdrawn my money from paypal to my EON last June 12,2008 until it still did not appear as I check it online and to the ATM for balance inquiry.

I dont know what happen…

I haven’t tried withdrawing yet. From what I’ve read from UnionBank, allow 5 banking days then the funds will appear on your online acoount. Call the hotline asap, that’s your hard earned money.
