Oyvind – same here, I don’t like blogs full of bad words especially the blog post titles. If its the direct dropper on my site, I wil reciprocate and if its not, then the dropping stops.

Christian – I do place an advert if the site is my regular dropper, so the chain dropping doesn’t stop there.

Majik – Through chain dropping, I’ve memorized the site’s avatar who doesn’t display ec widget. Reporting them to ec admin wasn’t enough. Lets be vigilant on accepting ec ads.

I usually practice selective chain drops. Usually I tend to reciprocate drops on my widget while chain dropping, but for the most part returning a drop takes precident. If you take the time to visit me and drop your card I feel it is only fair to return the favour. I try to reciprocate but when the first time you log on and see that 100+ people have dropped it is hard to get everyone. Usually while I'm returning drops some peoples ads look very appealling and those are usually the ones I start a chain of drops with. What usually annoys me the most when chain dropping is the number of blogs with out the widget or buried on a page that doesn't link to the one they provided to Entrecard. It's really annoying when your reciprocating as well. Glad to know that I'm not the only one annoyed by that. Majik's last blog post..One Hour For the Planet
