Top 10 Comic Book Movies

Aside from eBooks, there was a time that I’m addicted to comic books which I could say that it was an influence. No regrets, I enjoyed reading comic books especially when the movie versions was released. Its not weird comparing the movie and comic book or book, its natural. I loved the feeling of observing the changes and flaws of movie adaptation for the sake of cinematic effect.

I wouldn’t enjoyed the top 10 comic books that became movies if they’re not top grossers. Here’s HBO’s top 10:

  1. Spiderman 1 and 2 – Starring Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker and Kirsten Dunst as Maryjane
  2. Superman (1978) – Starring Christopher Reeves as Superman and Margot Kidder as Lois Lane.
  3. Batman Returns ( 1992) – Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne, Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman and Danny De Vito as Penguin.
  4. X Men 1 (2000) – Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, and Famke Janssen
  5. The Hulk (2008) – Edward Norton and Liv Tyler
  6. The Incredible
  7. Catwoman – Starring Halle Berry, I love Michelle Pfeiffer more for this role.
  8. The Mask – Jim Carrey as Stanley Ipkiss
  9. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle
  10. Men In Black 1 and  2 – Will Smith as J and Tommy Lee Jones as K

And here’s my Top 10:

  1. Spiderman 1 and 2
  2. Superman
  3. Batman Returns
  4. X Men 1
  5. The Hulk
  6. Catwoman
  7. Iron Man (2008)
  8. Daredevil (2003) – Ben Affleck as Matt Murdock and Jennifer Garner as Elektra
  9. Fantastic Four 1 – love it than part 2
  10. Men In Black 1 and 2

  1. Swollenpickles, I like Christian Bale’s portrayal of Batman but Michael Keaton is much better for me as Bruce Wayne and Batman. :D Cheers
