Many mobile ebook addicts prefer to search on the web the ebook files, taking consideration the mobile ebook application they have installed on their celphones and the handheld device they’re using. To avoid inconvenience, here is a list of ebook extension name or file format.

There’s a lot of ebooks to download on the web and wap, some are selling their ebooks. When I started reading ebooks on my symbian phone 3650, (the latest phone model that time, OMG) I even bought 10 novels for php10 each to a forumer from the forum I frequently visited. These books were the talk of bookworms including the first two books of Harry Potter.
What’s an eBook? eBook is short for electronic book that we can read on computer, laptops, notebooks, ppc, pda, ipod, smartphones, mobile phones etc. Its like books on your devices. The idea of saving a lot of money is the main reason that would make you hooked on eBooks. Provided that you’ve bought the book online, it is still cheaper compared to paperbacks. The hassle of going to your favorite bookstore is one more thing. Having it handy on my mobile phone is really great.
There’s a few disadvantages though, eye strain… it depends on the mobile application you’re using. Few people told me that they’re still conventional on reading, they still prefer to have it printed! The cost of printing it, they didn’t realized that they’ve made their hobby expensive. Another disadvantage is memory card corruption. eBooks usually are big files, depends on the format but a standard novel usually have an average of 500kb to almost 2mb file size. Big chunk of files deleted on your memory card technically leaves unwanted spaces. I’ll discuss it to my future entries. One more thing, since mobile ebooks are handy, the files can be easily lost for various reasons.
There’s a lot of eBook viewers that I’ll be discussing and comparing from one another as well as the eBook formats to my future entries. I’ll be posting some of my eBook collection, some I’ve converted from the past and some are downloaded from other sites. These are for evaluation purposes only.
Hello world! I’m not new to blogging stuff. I used to have a mobile gblog account since 2004, updated regularly. I terribly missed blogging. How I wish my old blog allows exporting of entries. Whew! Anyway, I’m still not decided what to post here but for sure I will love to stay.
Why “glitch”? Life itself is a glitch, not technically though (LOL)… small errors or should I say mistakes that made some things in life become complicated. Also, I used glitch as my nick at my old blog. I’m a mobile eBook addict, love the convenience of reading on my phone.
